pac code issues


Purchased an ID Sim, got my PAC code from my old network provider, filled in the form on my welcome e-mail link to port the number, selected 12/06 to complete this and its still not done. 'Hi GEMMA, we've got your request to switch your mobile number to iD Mobile. Your switching date is 12/06/2024. You'll get a SMS from us once your switch is complete. For more info, visit idmobile.co.uk/switch.'

No text received and still running on the ID number but urgently need it on my original m9bilenumber as waiting for several phone calls for various hospital and nedical appointments. Double and triple checked the details I submitted as per the welcome e-mail and it still hasn't worked. Help?

The forum members here can’t look at customers accounts, nor switching information, @BroadyGem

My suggestion is to try the iD online Live Chat for help & support with your switch.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.

Tell the chatbot you want to “talk to a person”.
