PAC code not working


I have just switched to ID mobile. I've received my PAC code from ee but when I enter it it tells me it is wrong. I have tried it on the app and the website multiple times and I am using the exact number I was sent but it still won't work. Can you please help me?

Hey @Ashman,

The issue is likely the transaction number as @andewhite suggested.

You need to make sure you’re entering the transaction number that begins with 4.

This is found on your Welcome Email which may have filtered into your spam/junk folder.

Does your transaction number begin with the number “4” @Ashman?
