I have just switched to ID mobile. I've received my PAC code from ee but when I enter it it tells me it is wrong. I have tried it on the app and the website multiple times and I am using the exact number I was sent but it still won't work. Can you please help me?

The issue is likely the transaction number as
You need to make sure you’re entering the transaction number that begins with 4.
This is found on your Welcome Email which may have filtered into your spam/junk folder.
