Pac Code not working

My PAC code is not submitting for transferring my number over from three. All information is correct, the PAC is valid as it was requested yesterday and I did not submit my PAC code while purchasing the new ID mobile SIM

Okay @Jenna Cox, forum members can’t see your iD account, nor access your switching information. 

Maybe speak to a customer adviser about your PAC, at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The iD advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.
