PAC code not working

Hello

I took out a new id mobile plan today. Trying to input my OAC and details on the id Website but not working. Saying issue with the information I have submitted but there isn’t. Tried several time but still error. Anyone able to help ?

Morning @Simon Nunn,

Are you still experiencing issues with this? I know this error sometimes occurs when the PAC from the previous provider is almost expired. If so, I’d recommend contacting your old Network Provider for a new PAC.
