pac code not working

Just switched from o2 to iD mobile and my pac code isn't working

I've got mine to work now the issue was I was using an order number instead of transaction number which starts with a 4, it was on one of the first emails I had received from the company I bought from.

I'm having the same problem trying to switch from EE, not sure what the issue is but when I put my details in and try to progress it says there's an issue with them

Have you tried contacting iD customer service using their online Live Chat service? 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.
