Pac code not working and Live chat AWOL

When I submit the details I get the error…

The pac hasn’t already been used and I didn’t purchase a handset, it’s a sim only e-sim deal.

I’m waiting for the live chat button to appear. 45mins so far.

Any thoughts?

I’d like to hope you’ve managed to resolve this by now, but if not, please ensure you’re entering the transaction code beginning with a 4 in the PAC details.

 

The live-chat button should appear after a few seconds for future reference, so if it doesn’t, please try via a different browser or device, or clearing cache and cookies:
