PAC code not working and now blocked

Hello, please help. Just switched to iD mobile sim only deal from O2 and having nothing but trouble as I can’t speak to anyone to help me. I have put PAC code in from O2 and it says it can’t do it and when I try logging in with my user email and password it’s saying I don’t have an account and I am now blocked. I want to keep my old number and need to switch asap before I go away. Please help!?

I have much the same trouble. Just switched from O2 to iD and want to keep my original mobile phone number.

I found I was able to get a PAC Code in seconds using one sim card - but not with the other sim card. So maybe you can try changing sim cards to get another PAC Code.

Hi 

I am trying to port my number from iD to Lebara but having spoken the iD they say my PAC code is already locked in a transfer request that Lebara have set up.  So I talk to Lebara who then say PAC locked is locked by my current provider!!!   iD say it isn’t and everytime I request a new PAC code, it is the same one!

I need to email iD to send screen shot and find out whats going on - can anyone help with email address please?
