I had two phone numbers on a single EE plan, one for me and one for the missus.
We got PAC codes for both numbers and set up separate id accounts for each number and submitted the pac codes at about the same time yesterday.
My id account is working fine with my old number but my missus account isn't.
She's set up her account and added her id mobile number but her old number hasn't been transferred yet.
She's tried to login to the id community but it says invalid user or password. When she tries the 'forgotten password ' link and enters her email address the email never shows up.
How can she get this resolved?
