Hi, as above, my old number hasn't ported. This was supposed to happen on the 27th December. This service is not acceptable.

Hey there  @donomz & @Whuxy, sorry to hear this.

Your ports will complete between 8am-10pm on 30th December, as ports generally take longer during the Christmas/Holiday period.

This is outlined on our website here:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/switch#switching-to-idmobile

Any ports raised on 24th December+ are due for 30th November, and this is correct and not delayed.

We apologise for our normal texting system for letting you think it was the 27th December and for the confusion caused.

Thank you,

Tyler

I’m experiencing the same issue. My port was supposed to happen on the 27th of December, but it hasn’t gone through yet. This is unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if this could be resolved as soon as possible!

I got through on Chat earlier and it now seems that the port will happen on the 30th by 6pm! Not great, 3 days late without contacts being able to reach me as the old provider has stopped connection to my number already
