Pac isn’t working despite all the details being correct

Hi, I’ve just received my new id phone and sim. I’ve requested my PAC and have received it, I’ve also got my new id mobile number and my transaction ID, however I’m getting “something went wrong” error message. So frustrating as I’ve 100 times checked everything and it’s all correct… I have no idea what to do. So confused 🫤
