When requesting a PAC/STAC, will an email & text be sent confirming the code?

Hey there ​@FlowerGirl, how have you requested the PAC code, or how are you planning on requesting it please?

 

Is your contract still active?

It's a general question. 

I want to know if a pac/stac is confirmed via email once requested. Is this dependent on the duration of the contract or the method of requesting?

Hey there ​@FlowerGirl, if your contract is active, you’ll just need to text PAC to 65075 using your iD Mobile SIM, or request it through the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. 

 

If you do so via the app/website, whether connected or disconnected, we’d email it and possibly text it also. If you requested it via text, we’d text you it.
