PAC to an existing (not new) ID mobile account

Hi

I recently signed up to an ID mobile 24 month plan for my mother in law, who unfortunately passed away earlier this month.

The contract is entirely in my name and account so I wouldn’t expect to be able to end it in the circumstances but would I be able to get a PAC from my own provider and take over the ID account with my number?

The contract has been live since early September, and my mother in law had already used a PAC code from her previous supplier. I’m not sure if either of these points would be a problem?

Thanks Matthew

I’ll have a go at that in the next few days.

Hi

I've only just got around to doing this but it appears to have worked fine.
