pac transfer

Told that I could transfer number to ID from old provider within app. Can't find it anywhere, also told PAC would take 5 days ( working). This seems extremely long compared to previous providers. Also what is this planned maintenance from 10pm to 7am ? Sounds like a joke for a Coms company

Hey there @Shaka, welcome to Community! In terms of the port itself, you can select what date you want it to complete, and it would only be 5 working days if you chose it to be that long, or if it was during the bank holiday weekend, as ports don’t take place over weekends or bank holidays.

Finally, the app team are working on resolving a few bugs with the app/website at the moment, so the app was taken down between 10pm-7am for maitenance, as this is a time that less people are on the app.
