paid my bill but service still not restored


I've paid my bill but my services still have not been restored. Please help thank you

Hi @Nicol, once payment goes through your services are usually restored within an hour or two, though this can technically take up to 24-hours.

Otherwise, it sounds like the bar on the account may need to be manually lifted by an advisor.

Hi there! 
 

I’m experiencing the same issue, made the payment 11 hrs ago and my services haven’t yet resumed to normal yet. I think I may need an advisor to manually lift the situation
