paid my bill but service still not restored

I've paid my bill but my services still have not been restored. Please help thank you

Hi @Nicol, once payment goes through your services are usually restored within an hour or two, though this can technically take up to 24-hours.

Otherwise, it sounds like the bar on the account may need to be manually lifted by an advisor.
