I missed a payment as late as its sim only. I received a notification my account was suspended and now my calls , data and texts will not work

Hi @grantkirby12 

 

This would be correct, if you miss your monthly payment, your services may be restricted, SIM only or device contract.

 

You’ll need to make a manual payment for services to come back up, either via the iD Mobile app/website or by calling 7777 from your iD Mobile number or 0333 003 0001.
