As a new customer, the bundle/plan for an PAYG iD SIM would start when iD dispatch your PAYG SIM order, @Chris Hayes

This is how it works with their pay monthly SIM products.

If you purchase online, not sure you can get a PAYG iD SIM without buying a bundle/plan at the same time. You might be able to get an iD PAYG SIM without a bundle/plan in-store at Currys.

It does not seem right that the bundle would start on the date ordered as it could take up to5 days for Sim to arrive.

Hi @Chris Hayes

The SIM is pre-activated and the plan does start from the date it is dispatched.

Delivery of the SIM should take no more than 2-3 days.

Thanks,

Nat

Thanks

I ordered the PAYG sim on Sunday so does mean should it arrive in 3 days I would only have 27 days of the 30 days left to use.

Regards

Chris Hayes
