Just a few questions about PAYG.
If I want to transfer from pay monthly to PAYG, do I need to be sent a new sim card, or is the transfer done automatically by ID?
Does ID mobile offer the old school PAYG top ups where you dont have to top up with monthly bundles?

If you’re already on a contract with iD Mobile, you won’t be able to move it to a Pay As You Go plan.
You’ll be able to top up instead of monthly bundles if you wish, however bundles may offer more value.
