I had difficulty in paying my bill which has now been passed over to LCS. I don’t have a reference number to pay it.
Adding to this I was sent a new sim with a new number but couldn’t activate it because I hadn’t paid the bill and I don’t know the replacement number either so can’t log onto ID mobile site. I do however know my previous number and wondered if there was a way that you could either provide me with a reference number for LCS so I can pay the bill or give me the new sim number so I can log in and pay the outstanding bill.
