Hello, today I received a message for my contact number that I have to pay the fee every month, but I pay 15. What should I do so that my line is not disconnected?

I’m not sure what you mean in this case, do you have a screenshot of the message, blurring/blocking any personal details?

 

If you pay your monthly bill every month, on time, you won’t be disconnected.
