Pc number transfer hasn't happen after 6 days!!

U purchased an new phone last Monday and entered the pac no on the website so I could keep my old number. I selected Wednesday as the port transfer date. So far 6 days later nothing has happened and I am still on the ID number. What’s going wrong?

If your porting out to another network, it is them that you need to speak to about any issues related to your port request. 

If you’re porting your number over to iD Mobile from another network and the port hasn’t been completed, then speak to a live chat agent. You can do that using the link below:
