Hi, I've been experiencing this problem for a few years now and so have a few of my friends and work colleagues. If I'm having a conversation with any normal friend or colleague, they can hear me perfectly and hear numbers when I read them out, If I'm speaking to a large company like HMRC or the NHS, If I read out numbers for example my NHS number most of the numbers get blocked and they can't hear me saying the numbers and only the numbers.They hear about two numbers and then they miss a few numbers and then they hear the rest of the numbers. Its like something on the network is trying to protect me from reading out numbers like bank card numbers.It only seems to happen when I'm speaking to companies, If I read the number out in a different format they can hear me. For example if I wanted to tell them the number 4000 , If I read that out four zero zero zero they won't be able to hear me saying those numbers but if I read that out as four thousand they hear it perfectly.Has anyone else experienced this ?
