I’m not sure I understand your question here, are you asking what the best network would be for the Manchester area?
I couldn’t of course say anyone except iD Mobile (A little biased, I’m an employee) but it’s always worth checking each network’s coverage checker to see how the coverage is predicted to be in your area.
