Hi my phone has not been on for over a week I’ve noticed you’ve not took the money out my bank account when it was there? Is there any sort of problem? I can’t get onto the app to pay it says please bear with us. I have never paid it through the app it normally just comes out of my bank so I don’t know what’s going on?

If you’d like to get the issue fixed sooner rather than later, @Lewis Nicholson, use the online iD Live Chat service. Community members can’t look at your iD account.

The chat advisers only work until 8pm weekdays, and 6pm at weekends. 
To avoid the 24/7 iD chat-bot, just type “talk to a person” while connected on Live Chat.

Hi @Lewis Nicholson 

 

It sounds like the direct debit may have failed to take the money, we’d recommend paying the bill and re-enabling the direct debit in the iD Mobile app, or you’ll be able to pay manually via the payment line on 0333 003 0001.
