Hi my son has put a lock on his phone and can't remember it any help ?

Is it a handset lock or a SIM lock?

Unfortunately we can’t help with handset locks and you will need to contact the manufacturer.

    The only way to unlock it would be to ask iD for the PUK code. Live chat should be able to give this to you. Then you’d need to keep getting the pin wrong until it triggers the PUK prompt.

    But make sure you get the PUK right as you only get 10 chances.
