Can you please tell me when my phone contact is up

​@Sandra Webster  Hello you can try one of the following options outlined below for this information.

To check when your contract ends, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap the Contract details dropdown.
  4. View your contract details. 
  5.  Or send a Text with INFO to 85075 from you handset.
