phone damaged

I’ve just taken delivery of my new Iphone and when opening the package the box was damaged and when the phone was switched on the phone’s screen itself was also damaged. Please advise how I go about getting a replacement sent out.

If you have received a damaged delivery from iD Mobile, you can contact them through their Live Chat, which is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
