phone line still restricted after paying bill


My phone line is still restricted after paying my bill in full. A simple oversight on my part as my billing was attached to my debit card rather than DD so after replacing my card obviously the payment didn’t go through hense the line being suspended. Now 18hours after paying in full and updating payment details the line is still restricted and I’m finding it extremely difficult to sort the problem or actually talk to anyone.

I used Facebook Messenger to contact iD Mobile rather than live chat. They respond in reasonable time and take time away from the chat to sort things then come back with a solution. Seems to take pressure off live chat that needs a more immediate response from them and gives them time to think and sort out before getting back to you.
