Phone not dispatched/arrived and now been transferred by ID to new contract with no new phone and no access to a phone

I ordered an upgrade, last week I have received no notification of dispatch or delivery of the new phone and now ID have said the new contract is live and cut me off from current phone. I have no access to any service and trying to contact ID directly is proving to be impossible.

I have no phone, no service and no new phone yet ID have started charging me for a non existence service!

Live chat, type customer service and tell an agent, just done exactly the same thing, they sent an e SIM to tide me over

On some occasions we may send out a new SIM with upgrades.

Please can you confirm you have received both?
