I have not been able to make it receive calls (except intermittently- it had worked once or twice) over the last two weeks.
I have checked everything software related.
I have bars on my phone. Messages and internet are working, it is just phone that is not.
Has anybody got a solution for this problem?
How do I request a replacement SIM?

Okay @Rob Cherry, if the online chat doesn’t seem to be working, sometimes the following can help:
- Allowing popup windows in your web browser
- Using a different web browser
- Using an incognito / inprivate window in your web browser
Otherwise, try sending a private message to iD support via their pages on social media, by using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter).
