I’m assuming you bought it direct from iD Mobile? And if so it was delivered by DPD and you had to give the driver a service pin.

So, did the outer bag look tampered with in any way? Even if it wasn’t its known that certain couriers are using portable heat guns to soften the adhesive on packages, take out the genuine phone and substitute it with either a different model, or indeed a fake. But yours is the first one I’ve read about where there was no phone at all.

So please check the packaging carefully. You need to raise this with iD, via Facbook or X or their live chat.

Now this could be a genuine error and a box without a phone was sent, or as I’ve written this could well be a third party stealing the phone. iD may allude to the fact you’re at fault, but you know the truth so be firm but fair.
