phone not working even had it repaired but its no better

Need help with my phone had it fixed but still not sorted

Okay @Karen Partington, sounds like your phone needs to go back to the company who carried out the original repair, as you say the same problems exist - doesn’t seem like they fixed anything.

Anyway, good luck.  

Cannot do that as phone to old

It is a huweie phone and contact is to old for my sorting out

Then you will have to buy a new phone.

Have made a complaint as l  not getting any help

If you have dropped your device and it has incurred damage as a result you would be out of your device’s warranty and it’d need to be sent for a chargeable repair to Huawei themselves, I’d recommend getting in contact with them about this.
