Hello,

I ordered a new sim, it arrived, requested it to moved across from my old phone, however I don’t believe my father advised you guys of the pac code. It’s now expired, I’m paying for his new SIM card but the SIM card is dead, just says no registered network.
please can someone get in contact with me to send me a new sim?

Hi @Johnrcross 👋🏻
As the PAC code has expired (30days after requesting it) then you just need to request another from the old supplier and use that. The previous network service will still be ‘live’ until the PAC code is redeemed with iD Mobile so the SIM from the old network should still be in use (and being paid for).
Once you have it, I would suggest contacting iD Mobile Live Chat to get the process started……

Even though you have paid for the 1st months use the next payment shouldn’t be taken until 1 month from the date of connection (SIM only/ month to month).
Hope this helps x

Hi there @Johnrcross, welcome to Community!

We hope that @Decembersangel72’s kind advice was able to help.

To confirm, you if your PAC code has expired, that’s not a fault our end, you’ll just need to ask your former provider for a new PAC code to transfer over to us.

Thank you,

Tyler
