Hi, my card is in my router and I’ve forgotten my number so I cannot log on to the ID Mobile site to check my balance. Can I get the phone number from the number on the sim?

Hey there
If you’re unsure of your iD Mobile number, we’d recommend taking the SIM card out, and entering it into a mobile device, and the number should show in your settings. Or, put it in a mobile device and text someone, and ask them to give you the number.
It should also be found in your emails/letters from us if you’re unsure.
If still unable to, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or Twitter/X, and we can find that for you.
