Hi there @Kai Hunter

If you submitted a PAC from your previous provider then you need to wait until the port has completed. Until this time the provisional number iD allocate to the SIM will be in use. Once the port has completed you would be best to restart the phone.

Below are the exact port transfer timescales:

Give us your PAC or STAC by Switching Date
Monday before 5:30pm Tuesday
Monday 5:30pm - Tuesday 5:30pm Wednesday
Tuesday 5:30pm - Wednesday 5:30pm Thursday
Wednesday 5:30pm - Thursday 5:30pm Friday
Thursday 5:30pm - Friday 5:30pm Monday
Friday 5:30pm - Monday 5:30pm Tuesday

I’d say Nat was advising you clicked on the link - how do I switch to iD Mobile from another network provider I posted @Kai Hunter. If you have your PAC read on that link from

What do I do once I’ve received my PAC or STAC?

But just to check, did you get the PAC from your previous provider?

If you didn’t read that link from the top.
