Phone number has not switched over to ID


I recently joined ID mobile and requested to keep my previous phone number from my EE account on switching, provided PAC code and a date for the switch over. However this switch did not happen on the requested date nor anytime since, and my EE account is still open so they were clearly not notified of the switch either, I'm not sure what to do.

Okay @AishaH22, you could submit your PAC to iD customer service using the iD online Live Chat.

Try https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisers work until 6pm at weekends.

For an adviser, just ask the 24/7 chatbot to “talk to a person”.

I’m sorry to hear this, ports can take up to 10pm on the date they are scheduled, are you still having issues?

 

Is your old EE SIM card still active?
