phone number hasn't switched over to id on selected date (today)

My wife's phone number should have switched to id today and hasn't. What can I do? Thanks

Hey there ​@Matt O, all ports complete between 8am-10pm, so all should be done by 10pm :)

Alas ​@Matt O, UK mobile number transfers do not take place immediately. 

There can be several hours or more between the time your old service provider’s SIM stops working, and before the number you wanted to keep is assigned to your iD account and starts working with your iD SIM. 

When I switched to iD Mobile my old provider’s SIM stopped working around 11 AM, and the number I wanted keep started working with my iD SIM around 3:30 PM the same day. 

Try the online iD Live Chat service if you’d like an update.
