are you porting your number from another network to IDMobile?

If so did you get a confirmation to say  when they'll do the port?

To do so go back to the original message scroll down you'll see 3 dots to thr far right of thr thumbs up and quote symbols. Once you click on the dots an edit option will open, just edit  message and mace sure to Save the edit message. 

Please check your junk/spam folder of your e-mails as you should of received an email with details of your port to IDMobile
