Phone number not recognised

I have just had my number transferred from a previous account and now when people try to call me it just says my number is not recognised. How can this be solved?

Hey there @Ftnine3, sorry to hear that.

 

What phone do you have?

 

Please go into your phone settings and manually change your phone number to the correct one, then restart your phone, and see if this helps.

Hi @Tyler, it is the correct number that shows in my settings, have even tried a new sim card which was suggested by ID mobile but this also didn't work.
