phone number not transferred

Hi,

my phone number has not transferred to my new id mobile, this was over a week and my current supplier is saying the pac code has not been activated from id. I can’t get access to anyone to discuss this.

any help?

Hi @vikkidevenney268 and @edwood123. When a number transfer doesn’t go through as scheduled, this typically means that the initial request wasn’t received on the system, or there’s a file exchange delay. A file exchange delay occurs when we’re still waiting for some files to be sent over from the previous network provider in order to complete the number transfer.

If you still need any further help on this, feel free to let us know and we’d be happy to send a PM to investigate further.

Okay @vikkidevenney268, forum members like us can’t look at customers accounts.

The main support channel at iD Mobile is online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.

I have the same problem. Did you get your number ported in the end? I just keep getting told to wait 48 hours. Worried that my number is lost...
