Phone Out of Stock - no ID account yet so can't contact to query

I ordered a iPhone 13 pro max and received and email about it being out of stock 

I found another person with a similar issue and i was told that this item was possibly not coming back into stock but I’ve already paid upfront cost and worried that i’ll have to pay despite me not having it

i can’t contact through live chat because I haven’t received the phone number or anything else that might help but i saw on a previous  question they were privately dm’d resolving the issue so wondering if i could get the same

I spoke with someone at iD yesterday (20 Oct 2022) re iPhone13 Pro stock and they said they have had no information from their suppliers as to when they’ll be getting them. 

Ordered mine on the 7th Oct.
