I’m sorry to hear this, should DPD attempt a delivery that’s unsuccessful, they may send the parcel back to us for a return.

Hi, DPD said they tried to deliver my phone but did not and they have not returned it. The location on delivery details was saying parcel location Dagenham and I live nowhere near there. They just said recipient couldn't give pin but no one knocked on my door at all. Now what do I do as phone is on way back to curry's?
