phone signal keep dropping out everywhere i go

No matter where I am, when making a phone call it keeps dropping out. Also messages don't seem to be sending?

 

It been 3 weeks of this now, will a new SIM card make a difference? Otherwise id like to cancel my contract.

    It may worthwhile trying a replacement SIM, @Amyleanne11.

    Sorry to hear this, if this happens absolutely everywhere, it doesn’t sound like a signal issue.

     

    I’d recommend the same as @andewhite above to try a replacement SIM card or even try your SIM in another device.
