My sons phone was stolen and reported as such but has now been recovered although I have a new activated sim on checking the phone is still down as blacklisted stolen/lost and will not connect to the network. I was advised to contact Apple who have advised this has to be done through the network provider (I'd mobile) can you advise next course of action as it still cannot be used.
