I have sent my phone for trade in at the beginning of the week, received tue but have had no acknowledgment of receipt as promised or any funds. Has anyone else had this? I have emailed and live chatted to no avail. Absolutely diabolical service from iD it’s been one mess up after another

    Have you heard or seen anything since?

     

    Trade ins may take a few days, just because it’s reached us via post doesn’t always mean that our team has quite processed it all yet.
