I ordered a phone upgrade last night and didn't receive an email for a long time. I got one this morning that said things were busy and processing may take a few days. In that time between then and ordering it I ordered 2 more as I didn't think it had worked. Only 1 payment was taken out of my account for the upfront cost and I didn't receive any emails for the 2 other phones. How do I cancel the orders and what's going to happen with my main order?
