phone wont make calls from my home

My phone will not let me call and receive calls while I'm in my home.

    Welcome and thank you for posting to us here on the community. 

     

    With the recent 3G switch, some of our customers are reporting issues making/receiving calls. 

    Can you please confirm what handset you are using?
