physical sim

Hi I've had problems with my phone, so I had to buy a new one. At present, I have an eSIM; unfortunately, the new phone doesn't support eSIM, so I need a physical SIM. My current phone number is 07735970010, but I am having my main phone number ported across tomorrow. Should I wait until after tomorrow before you can send a physical SIM to me?

Hey there ​@John1933, sorry to hear that. If you wish to request a physical SIM, please see how to do so here:

 

 

Replacement SIM cards typically take 1-2 working days for delivery, or you can collect one right away from any Currys store, so it’s up to you when you request one, as it doesn’t automatically come activated.
