why can’t I send picture messages via text message
I thought ide purchased unlimited everything , am
i doing something wrong ??

Picture messages (MMS) would be chargeable as an extra premium service, if your bill cap is at £0, you won’t be able to be charged thus won’t be able to send an MMS.
