Had ordered my new phone before the 5th Sept cut off but can’t remember how to claim the trade in plus extra £200 that was on offer. Don’t seem to have any email relating to this. Probably having a mans look!
Can anyone point me in the right direction too please?

Offer available when you trade in any eligible working smartphone handset from 14/08/2024 - 05/09/2024. Additional values only apply when you trade in any eligible handset and purchase a Google Pixel 9 Pro.
Step 2:
£200 Enhanced Trade-In value must be claimed by visiting www.idmobile.co.uk/trade-in and completing a claim form. The claim form must be completed in order for promotional payment to be made.
