Pixel 9 Pro XL Trade In Eligible Handsets

Hi I searched but I couldn't find any information on this. I'm interested in a Pixel 9 Pro XL and I have a Pixel 7 Pro to trade in. I see the trade in offer of an extra £200 mentions "eligible handsets" but doesn't elaborate on that.

Is there a list of models that are eligible or does this just mean the handset needs to be working and have a trade in value?

The offer also mentions completing a claims form, where clicking the link supplied just takes me to the website to see a trade in value with no mention of the trade in offer. Is this offer applied automatically?

Hi @KGN

I believe “eligible handsets” means handsets we’d trade in and are findable in our trade in search box, however would also need to pass the tests from our trade in team once it reaches them.

The trade in amount would be added separately to your purchase and would be send to you later, including any bonus amount.

So, to clarify, if my handset is found by the search bar and it’s worth £50, I can expect £250 once I send it to you?

@T0ny0,

If you handset is fully working and showing the value of £50, you’ll receive an extra £200 if you follow the terms and conditions.
